Refund policy

At Ivory Nest, we want you to love every piece you receive. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed, and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, used, or altered, including blankets and clothing that have been worn or laundered.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to make it right.
